Managed beta
The managed beta may include guided setup, dashboard preparation, intake configuration, recovery categories, and report preparation while the SaaS platform continues to harden.
Pricing
Managed beta pricing is $300 for the first month, $500 per month after the first month, plus 15% of verified recovered revenue. Verified recovered revenue means revenue tied to a HauntLife recovery event and confirmed collected. No recovery fee is charged on estimates, unpaid invoices, unrelated sales, or revenue that cannot be verified.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted intake details, legal compliance of their own customer lists, and final approval of sensitive replies involving refunds, legal issues, public reviews, or reputation-risk situations.
SMS Terms
By opting in to SMS messages from HauntLife Systems, users agree to receive customer-care and service follow-up text messages at the phone number provided. Messages may include account setup updates, intake follow-up, support replies, dashboard notifications, recovery report notifications, and service updates.
SMS is optional
SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase, submit a form, receive service, create an account, or complete any transaction. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
No guarantee
HauntLife Systems may provide estimates, reports, and recovery recommendations. Results are not guaranteed, and customers remain responsible for business decisions and customer communications.
