FAQ
Clear answers before setup.
Is HauntLife a chatbot?
No. HauntLife is a customer recovery system with calculator estimates, intake, dashboard cards, reply drafts, approval rules, and hidden-loss reporting.
Is the revenue calculator a guarantee?
No. It is a practical estimate using the numbers entered. It helps a business understand the likely size of the missed-opportunity problem before starting setup.
Does HauntLife require SMS?
No. SMS consent is optional, separate, and unchecked by default. It is not required to purchase, submit a form, receive service, create an account, or complete any transaction.
What happens after intake?
HauntLife uses the submitted business details to prepare recovery categories, dashboard status, call-back rules, return text and email drafts, order/booking capture, reputation boundaries, and reporting preferences.
Does HauntLife just pass more work to the owner?
No. The goal is to handle routine capture, draft replies, organize tasks, and route the work until human judgment is absolutely required.
Can HauntLife help after hours?
Yes. The setup path supports after-hours order interest, booking requests, quote requests, customer questions, and follow-up details so the business has useful context when people are back online.
Can sensitive complaints be handled automatically?
No. R.I.P. marks refund, legal, public-review, discount, order-change, and reputation-risk situations for human approval.
Is Stripe checkout secure?
Yes. HauntLife uses Stripe’s hosted checkout. If checkout is temporarily unavailable, no card is charged and support can help complete the next step.
Where do contact and intake forms go?
Submitted details are stored in the secured HauntLife service database and used only for setup, support, recovery operations, and reporting.
What does Managed Launch mean?
Managed Launch means founder-supported configuration, monitored rollout, and direct help tailoring HauntLife to the business workflow.
