HauntLife Systems may collect business contact details, setup intake details, website URLs, booking links, review links, service notes, support messages, dashboard activity, revenue estimates, and technical activity needed to provide the service.
Information is used to provide HauntLife services, prepare the Recovery Dashboard, respond to support requests, create customer-care tasks, prepare reports, improve reliability, and protect the service from abuse.
If a user provides a phone number and opts in to receive SMS messages, HauntLife Systems may send customer-care and service follow-up text messages related to account setup, intake follow-up, support replies, dashboard notifications, recovery report notifications, and service updates.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase, submit a form, receive service, create an account, or complete any transaction. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
